How to Apply

Inquiry

Call, message on WhatsApp, or walk into the school and ask about the class you have in mind.

Collect the form

Admission forms are issued at the reception, Ayondaves Int’l Academy Zone D, No. 7 Road 2, Ushafa.

Return it completed

You hand the form back with the documents listed below, and a date is set for the assessment.

Assessment

Grade 1 upwards sit a written entrance test. Early Years children meet the class teacher instead.

Result and offer

The Admission office calls with the outcome, the class your child is placed in, and the fee schedule.

Pay, submit the requirements, collect the booklist and uniform details, and resume with the class.

Admission Period

For long vacations (like August), our admission spans from the second week of July to the second week of October, allowing for an extended holiday.

For the 2nd and 3rd terms, admission opens and closes within the first month of each term:

2nd Term: January to the end of February.
3rd Term: April to May.

Our academic session begins in September, following the official calendar of the appropriate authorities, such as the Ministry of Education through the Department of Quality Assurance (DQA).

SCHOOL FEES

Moderate, and payable in two

Fees are set per class and reviewed each session, so the office quotes the current figure rather than this page.

Two Installments

Returning students may spread the term’s fees across two payments.
